Birth Doula Package

The following services are included in the full support package — $1500

  • Goal is to build connection, understand families' needs and explain my services. This can happen via phone, zoom, local coffee shop or your home.

  • 1-2 Prenatal visits

    • Help create birth plan

    • Discuss birth goals and preferences 

    • On call 24/7 from time of hire until the baby is born

    • 24/7 support via phone/text/email from time of hire through baby’s first three months

  • Continuous labor support from the time you tell me to come to 2 hours after baby is born.

    • Early labor guidance and tips to keep labor progressing

    • Coaching and support to stay calm and empowered

    • Guidance on when to go to your birth location

    • Support for partner to be involved 

    • Hands on comfort techniques

    • Answer any questions or explain certain protocols for informed decision making

  • 1 postpartum visit in your home.

    • Check in and see how things are going

    • Process your birth

    • Guidance and advice for healing

    • Help with breastfeeding and any baby care

Accepting WA Medicaid 

Contact me for more information about how to have WA Medicaid (Apple Health) cover your doula costs. I accept all of the WA Medicaid plans including Coordinated Care, Community Health Plan, Molina, United Healthcare, & Wellpoint.
