From the first flutter to the moment you hold your baby in your arms, I provide compassionate, personalized support tailored to you — your values and your birth hopes.

What is a birth doula? A doula is a trained birth professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and mental support to the mother and her family before, during, and after childbirth. They help create a positive and empowered birth experience by offering comfort, guidance, and advocacy, without performing medical tasks. As a constant resource, a doula teaches techniques such as massage, positioning, and breathing, while honoring the parents’ birth preferences every step of the way.

Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, my role is to walk beside you — offering reassurance, advocacy, and steady presence throughout your journey into motherhood.

Hi, I’m Emily

Smiling woman with long dark hair, glasses, gold hoop earrings, wearing a beige cardigan, green top, and blue jeans, standing outdoors with green foliage background.

—a wife, a crime‑show connoisseur, and an aspiring garden mom. I’ve been fascinated by babies, pregnancy, and birth for as long as I can remember. Watching TLC’s A Baby Story as a child sparked a lifelong passion for birth.

In 2023, I followed that calling by joining AmeriCorps and training as a DONA International birth doula. Since then, I’ve supported over 40 mothers and families, providing steady, informed, and compassionate guidance through pregnancy and birth.

I help mothers plan and prepare for the birth they envision—answering questions, explaining options, and offering loving support every step of the way. I would be honored to come along your journey from bump to baby.
